Harbourlight Dental Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver

Care and fees, explained like a neighbour would.

Every treatment below comes with a written estimate before it's booked, and the front desk submits your insurance claim for you. All fees in Canadian dollars.

Exams & cleanings

The visits that keep everything else small. A Harbourlight exam takes a full appointment: digital X-rays, photos, an oral cancer screening and gum measurements, walked through on screen so you actually understand what we're seeing.

Cleanings are gentle by default. Tell your hygienist once about a sensitive spot and it's in your chart for every visit after.

  • New patient exams include X-rays in the fee
  • Oral cancer screening at every exam
  • Sensitivity noted once, remembered always

Teeth whitening

Custom trays moulded from a digital scan, professional-strength gel, and a dentist checking your enamel is healthy enough to whiten before anything goes home with you. Drugstore strips can't match the evenness, and online kits skip the check-up that keeps it safe.

Most patients hit their target shade within three weeks of nightly wear. We photograph your shade before and after, so the change is measured, not imagined.

  • Trays moulded from a 3D scan, no goopy impressions
  • Gels adjusted for sensitive teeth
  • Shade photographed before and after

Veneers & composite bonding

Two routes to the same destination. Bonding sculpts tooth-coloured composite over chips, gaps and worn edges in a single visit, usually without freezing. Porcelain veneers cost more and take two visits, but hold their polish and colour for a decade or longer.

We'll tell you honestly which your teeth actually need. Plenty of patients who arrive asking about veneers leave with bonding and a much smaller bill.

  • Bonding done in one visit, usually freezing-free
  • Porcelain matched to your natural shade in daylight
  • Honest advice on which option your teeth need

Invisalign & clear aligners

Straightening you can take out for dinner. A 3D scan maps your teeth, the software shows where they'll finish, and you see both the timeline and the total cost before committing a dollar. Most Harbourlight cases run 8 to 16 months.

Checkups take about fifteen minutes, and evening slots mean treatment doesn't collide with your work calendar. Retainers and a whitening kit are included in every case.

  • Free consultation with a 3D scan and preview
  • Retainers and whitening included
  • Monthly financing available

Implants & crowns

A crown restores a tooth that's cracked or heavily filled; an implant replaces one that's gone entirely, with a titanium root and a porcelain tooth that behaves like the original. Both are planned from 3D imaging and matched to your natural shade.

The fee we quote for an implant covers the whole journey, surgery through final crown. Your insurer gets a pre-determination first so you know your out-of-pocket before we start.

  • 3D-planned placement, done here in the clinic
  • One all-in fee, surgery through crown
  • Insurance pre-determination before you commit

Good to know

The consultation fee comes off the treatment price if you proceed. Healthy gums come first, so some patients begin with a hygiene visit before implant planning starts.

Same-day emergency care

A cracked tooth at Cates Park, a filling out mid-flight home, a toothache that ruined your night: call before 10am on a weekday and we'll almost always see you that day. You don't need to be an existing patient.

First we stop the pain. Then, once you can think straight, we go through the options and costs, in writing, with your insurance checked before you decide anything.

  • Same-day slots held every weekday morning
  • New patients seen without registration first
  • Pain handled first, decisions made after
