Yes, for most major Canadian insurers. Bring your policy details to your first visit and we submit claims electronically at the front desk. You pay only your portion on the day, and for bigger treatment plans we send a pre-determination first so you know exactly what your plan covers.
We do. If you're covered under the CDCP, call the front desk before booking and we'll confirm what your coverage includes and what, if anything, you'd pay out of pocket, before any appointment is made.
No. Roughly a third of our new patients haven't been in five years or more, and our only interest is where your teeth go from here. We'll deal with anything urgent first, then build a plan at whatever pace suits your comfort and your budget.
A full assessment with Dr Rousseau or Dr Truong: digital X-rays, photos, an oral cancer screening and gum measurements, all shown and explained on screen. The $249 fee includes the X-rays, and you leave with a written plan and estimate even if the plan is simply "all good, see you in six months".
Happily, from the first tooth. Early visits are short and friendly, built around getting comfortable in the chair rather than doing much of anything. Kids under six are free on a parent's Harbourlight Plan, and we'll never push treatment a child doesn't need.
Call (604) 555-0142 before 10am on a weekday and we will almost always see you the same day, whether or not you've been in before. Toothache, swelling, broken teeth and lost crowns all count. Getting you out of pain comes first; plans and estimates come after.
